Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend or cancel it.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the UK. For large or heavy items such as fencing, machinery, or bulk supplies, please check the product page for specific delivery information or contact us for a quote.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days. Some larger or specialist items may take longer — please contact us for specific delivery times.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log in to your account to view your order status.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Next-day delivery may be available on selected items. Please check at checkout or contact us to confirm availability before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Some products — such as cut-to-length materials or special orders — may be non-returnable. Please contact us before returning any item.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How long do refunds take?

Do you stock products for agricultural and farm use?
