Delivery Policy
We deliver to mainland UK addresses only.
Dispatch & Handling Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day. During busy periods, please allow an additional working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or remote locations (e.g. Scottish Highlands, islands, and some postcodes in Northern Ireland).
Free Shipping
Orders over £100 qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in mainland UK. The free shipping threshold is applied automatically at checkout — no code required.
Backordered & Pre-order Items
If an item is on backorder, the estimated dispatch date will be noted on the product page. We'll dispatch in-stock items first where possible, or hold the order for a complete dispatch — whichever you prefer. We'll contact you to confirm.
Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been collected by our courier.
