Bondloc B243 Nutlock is a 50 ml blue bottle of fast‑curing adhesive designed for quick assembly on steel. Its viscosity ranges from 1,800 to 3,000 cps, providing a thick, controllable flow for precise application.
The adhesive delivers a breakaway strength of 25 Nm on steel, as defined by IOS 10964, and a prevail torque of 5 Nm, ensuring secure fastening during operation. Cure speed is under 15 minutes at 20 °C, with full cure achieved within 24 hours.
It can be stored and used between –55 °C and +180 °C, making it suitable for extreme field conditions. The 50 ml capacity supports multiple applications before replacement.
