Bondloc B574 Instant Gasket Seal is a 50 ml tube formulated for rapid gasket sealing on hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical assemblies. It is engineered to provide reliable sealing under high pressure and temperature variations. The orange tube contains a polymer blend with a viscosity of 30,000–50,000 cps, allowing it to flow into gaps as small as 0.3 mm while maintaining a dense, uniform seal across the joint. Lap shear strength is rated at 5–8.5 N/mm² per ISO 4587, ensuring joint integrity under cyclic loading. Fixture time is under 30 minutes; full cure occurs in 24 hours. The seal remains stable from –55 °C to +150 °C, making it suitable for extreme field conditions.
